This website, its function and contents has been developed by VML Qais on behalf of the "Organiser". During the duration of the partnership with the "Organiser", the website will be managed by both VML Qais and the "Organise". Thank you for examining our "Terms of Use".
  1. Agreement between User and Website.
    This website ("itsmyturn.sg") is maintained by VML Qais on behalf of the Organiser. By using and accessing the website, you agree to be bound by these "Terms of Use" as amended from time to time. If you do not accept any of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of and access to the website immediately.
  2. Links to Internet Sites.
    2.1 The Website may contain links to other Internet sites. VML Qais or the Organiser are not responsible for the availability of or access to these sites, nor does VML Qais or the Organiser accept any responsibility for and hereby disclaim all liability for any loss or damage caused by or connected with the contents, including the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of any information, product, or process contained within, or connected with these sites.
    2.2 The Website may provide links to other Internet sites as a convenience, and the inclusion of these links do not imply endorsement by VML Qais or the Organiser of the aforementioned sites or any association with its operators. VML Qais or the Organiser is also not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from such sites.

    3.1 The Website may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, "the Services").

    1. You warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the information and data that you provide, and that all such information and data is true and accurate to the best of your belief and knowledge, and will not cause any injury to any person or entity, and that the use and exploitation of such information and data by VML Qais or The Organiser shall not violate the rights of any third parties.
    2. You also warrant that the information and data:
      a. will not bring into disrepute The Organiser or portray it in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise offensive manner;
      b. will not cause ill-will or misunderstanding between The Organiser and any other person;

You grant VML Qais and The Organiser a cost-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide and non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, distribute, transmit, adapt and otherwise exploit the information and data that you provide, whether in the form of posted messages, uploaded files, or other submissions, in any media and manner. You waive all rights to any claim against VML Qais and The Organiser for any alleged or actual infringements of any intellectual property or proprietary rights in connection with the same. You further undertake to indemnify and keep indemnified VML Qais and the Organiser, its staff and partners against any claims howsoever arising from or connected to the information and data provided by you, or of any information or data used by you which was obtained through the Website.
    3.4 VML Qais reserves the right to review the information and data provided by you through the Website and the Services and to remove any of them in its sole discretion. VML Qais also reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website or to any or all of the Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

    4.1 If you are a registered user of the Website, you will receive a user name and password which are used to log into your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.     By using and accessing the Website and the Services, you agree that the laws of the Republic of Singapore shall govern such use and access and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Singapore.
